Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery less 10% handling.
A tool may be returned under warranty. If testing and inspection at Mil3 confirm defect by manufacture or design before 90 days, the tools will be replaced or refunded in full with all shipping at Mil3 expense. If a tool problem does not fall under warranty, the tool can be returned by the customer who covers shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you should receive a refund sooner.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Shipping is designated by the customer when products are selected. Your order will be shipped the same day before 2pm Eastern Time or within 24 business hours. We are closed on weekends.
We will send tracking number as soon as the order is entered.
